A Wrinkle in Time

A Wrinkle in Time - Madeleine L'Engle I'm not sure why no one ever put me on to this when I was a child, I'm sure I'd have adored it. Without any nostalgia attached, it didn't quite do enough for me, but obviously I am no longer its target. I admire that it has a strong and thoughtful heroine, who sometimes struggles with being good. I like its sense of family and loyalty, and its message that about doing the right thing even though it's frightening and there are no guarantees it will end well.
